Women's Self-Defense 6 Week Course (Level 1)

Saturdays from 2:00pm - 3:30pm September 10th, 2016 - October 15th, 2016

This six-week course will be led by Instructor John Baisch, and has been coordinated by PMAF Co-Founder and USMC Veteran, Jen Pool.

During this Level 1 course you will learn the following:

  • How size doesn't matter
  • Dos and Don'ts of protecting yourself
  • Situational Awareness
  • Body Mechanics
  • Real World OApplication
  • Active Class Training

All participants who register for the full 6-weeks will receive a Paladin Martial Arts t-shirt, and will be entered in to the giveaway that will take place at the end of the 6-week course.

Our Level 1 Course covers standing-only techniques and has been designed and customized for women of all ages, fitness levels and limitations as well as taking prior trauma situations into mind. Grappling techniques and any ground-fighting lessons are offered only in our Level 2 Course.
